Greetings! You're reading this because you're interested in becoming a builder for Toastsoft's newest MOO: Stellaris. If you aren't interested, you're definitely in the wrong place! With that said, before you even start filling out this application, we'd like you to read this message. It's important that everyone who thinks they are interested in becoming a Stellaris builder understands a few things going into the project.

First, if your application is accepted, please understand that it means you are being hired as a builder only. That doesn't mean you'll never be able to have more responsibilities in Stellaris, but we have no plans to promote builders to programmers or administrator at this time. Next, we're attempting to keep progress on Stellaris moving forward at a reasonable pace. This means that we need builders who are going to be active and not just sit around. We aren't going to have any set quotas on how much a builder needs to produce, however, if a builder is significantly behind the other builders in terms of output we may have a chat and ask him or her to reconsider if they have the time and willpower to put into the project. Third, we'll need you to agree to give up any claims of ownership to anything you describe or create as well as agree that your creations become property of Toastsoft. Finally, you'll have to agree that you won't create rooms specifically for yourself or your friends (i.e. no secret hangouts or secret shops that only you know about). Thank you again for applying and we look forward to reviewing your application!

1) What is your real life name? (You can just give your first name.)

2) What is your real life age?

3) What is the best e-mail address to contact you at?

4) What previous experience do you have with building, administering, or programming on another MOO/MUD/MUSH/MUX, etc?

5) What characters, if any, do you play on Miriani?

6) As a builder host, what value do you think you will be able to add to Stellaris?

7) All races in Stellaris will be non-human (aka aliens, aka not from Earth). With that in mind, please describe the control room of an alien starship.

8) Keeping in mind that humans don't exist in Stellaris, describe an alleyway on an alien world.

9) Finally, please describe a primitive alien village on a newly explored planet.

10) Do you agree that anything you describe or create becomes property of Toastsoft? Also, do you agree to not abuse your position as a builder by creating secret rooms or shops for yourself or your friends, etc?

11) Please add any comments you'd like to make that you feel would be helpful in the decision making process.
